  1. Great blog Tom, there is so much to be said for being your relaxed self, getting out and networking and not having any expectations.

    My favorite personal referral story: I was at a networking event and an attendee spilled some of his beer on my shoes. He then made it his mission to introduce me to someone who could use my VO services. The person he introduced me to has been a steady client (and now friend) for 2 years!
